MSD of Shakamak spans parts of Greene and Clay counties. All registered voters residing within the legal boundaries of MSD of Shakamak are eligible to vote on the school operating referendum. Public Question #3, Shakamak’s operating referendum, will appear on their ballots for the November 3, 2026, General Election.

GREENE COUNTY VOTING OPTIONS

Early voting is available at the Greene County Courthouse, Voter Registration Office, second floor, Room 225, 1 E. Main Street, Bloomfield:

• Monday–Friday through October 30: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.

• Saturday, October 31: 8 a.m.–3 p.m.

• Monday, November 2: 8 a.m.–noon.

Early voting is also available Saturday, October 31, from 8 a.m.–3 p.m. at the Roy Clark Building, 1351 A Street NE, Linton.

On Election Day, Greene County voters may vote at any of the county’s ten vote centers, including the Jasonville Fire Department, 235 Cook Street. See the accompanying Greene County list for all locations.

CLAY COUNTY VOTING OPTIONS

Early voting is available at the Clay County Election Office, 609 E. National Avenue, Room 211, Brazil:

• Monday–Friday through October 30: 8 a.m.–4 p.m., closed noon–1 p.m. for lunch.

• Saturday, October 31: 9 a.m.–4 p.m.

• Monday, November 2: 8 a.m.–noon.

Early voting is also available Saturday, October 31, from 9 a.m.–4 p.m. at Cory Nazarene Church.

On Election Day, Clay County voters may vote at any Clay County vote center, including Lewis Township Firehouse, 6440 W. Public Road, Coalmont. See the accompanying Clay County flyer for all locations.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 3. Polls in both counties will be open from 6 a.m.–6 p.m.
